We have a strong, active youth group at Brookdale.  Our scheduled meeting times are: 6:00 pm on Wednesdays when our pastor works with the youth on learning contemporary songs to use to praise God during our Sunday worship services; 6:30 pm on Wednesdays for a time of Bible study, fellowship and games; and 6:00 - 7:45 pm on Sunday evenings for AWANA.

In addition to the scheduled meeting times, we also try to have several activities during the month which range from attending youth events at other churches, local mission activities, paint ball, camping, hiking, or just getting together for a movie night and food.

At Brookdale, the youth leaders see the need to get teens into the church so they can learn more about Jesus and come to know him as their personal Savior.  We realize that with all the world has to offer, we need to make "coming to church" a fun event to look forward to, but at the same time never losing focus that the main purpose is to come to know Jesus and to develop a closer relationship with him.
